Exchange requests are only made via our Instagram page dms.

You can only exchange sizes from the same color you received, you cannot change colors so please make sure you want the color you ordered.

RETURN POLICY

You may request a size exchange or return your order within 24 hours of receiving it, as long as the item is in brand-new condition, in its original packaging.

NOTE: AT OFFERS, YOU CAN ONLY EXCHANGE.

PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU CANNOT ACCEPT A PART OF YOUR ORDER AND RETURN THE OTHER PART, YOU EITHER ACCEPT AND PAY FOR YOUR FULL ORDER OR RETURN YOUR WHOLE ORDER WITH THE COURIER
